As Kurt said,

It's a 3ttt Record model. They came out in the mid 70s when 3ttt was getting into the saddle business to compete against Cinelli Unicanitor.

The 3ttt saddles were OK but the seatposts were disappointing. They were difficult to adjust and keep adjusted.

I was surprised that my OT 1987 Bianchi Giro came with one of these seatposts. I quickly replaced it with one of the Bianchi pantographed 2 bolt NR seatposts.
