Curtis,
Sounds about right. Hilary Stone wrote and said this is the first frame built by the consortium that Purchased both Bob Jackson and Hetchins.

> Does anyone on the list know what years Campagnolo made thier Victory Leisure group was produced. I found the copy of the Bicycling Magazine article that was written for the early Novus Ductor that I have which I was told was an early prototype, possibly shown at the show in New York, but when I purchased it I was was told it came with a triple Record group. Unfortunately the article from Bicycling Magazine is a bad photo copy with no dates on the pages. I need help dating the frame. The trouble is after 1968 it's more difficult to date Hetchins frames. If I know the group years of production, it would help me date the frame within a certain era and it's restoration. The frame serial number is 86003 which probably means it's a Bob Jackson built Hetchins from 1986 ??
