I pulled out my copy of 'Bicycle Frames' by Joe Kossack (copyright 1975) and he does reference frame weights for many different types of tubing: "Weights are for a full 11-tube sets as supplied by manufacturers. For frame weight of an average size (56-60 cm) using standard, unlightened lugs, bracket shell and forkends add 10% to the weights shown. This takes into rough account the weights saved in tube trimming and shaping."

"Columbus SL" - 2065 grams

"Columbus PL" - 1830 grams

"Reynolds 531 Racing" - 2142 grams

"Reynolds 531 Special Record" - 1795 grams

He did not list wall thickness for any of the tubing referenced.
