Subject: [CR] Raleigh Professional?

Good day to all

A barn find and Im certain its a Raleigh pro....but no serial number that I can find. The frame has been repainted so it could be under the paint. It does have a Raleigh badge on the head tube. Long pt. lugs, campy drops front and back and the "odd" seat tube lug. Brooks honey pro saddle

The fork tube has a "P" and "&" stamped on. All Campy except for the crank. Patent "74" on the rear derailleur. Other than the repaint its in very good shape and all parts have cleaned up like new.

A couple of questions to the list of experts.

Where would the serial number be stamped on the frame?

Does anyone have a few photos of a Raleigh Pro from 74?.... the photos are good on the CR site, but I would like to see one of the bottom of the B/B.

Also a clear photo of the down tube/seatube decals as an order is around the corner from Mr. Softley.

Assuming that it is Reynolds 531 would the seat tube be 27.0/27.2.....a campy 26.8 SR post was on the bike, but a shim was used and my calipers are on the fritz.

This one appears to have been the ice blue colour as a small bit is visable under the repaint.

I have learned a ton over the last year from the list and would like to thank everyone.....the list has been a huge source of info for my obsession.
