For sale are a couple of memorabilia items I found tucked away and I think might be of interest to CR members:
#1 - Original "Thrift Drug Classic" musette bag obtained from Jim Ochowicz @ the 7-11/Motorola headquarters in Waukesha, WI when they were closing the team down. Very good condition - $20 shipped in lower 48 states. International shipping at cost.
#2 - July, 1950 edition of Miroir Sprint paper showing only TdF coverage. This paper is 16 pages w/lots of TdF photos and the cover is an excellent shot of Ferdi Kubler riding his Frejus in front of Stan Ockers w/the headline "Kubler Est Digne Son Maillot Jaune". This is a great photo, as they finished 1st & 2nd in the Tour that year. Paper is b&w w/text in French. Page size is 10 1/2" x 14". Excellent condition and front page is suitable for framing. $25 shipped within lower 48 states w/international shipping at cost.
