Yes John, I feel just as you have expressed and was trying to decide what/how to position my thoughts - thanks for beating me to it and certainly more tactfully than I could have.
I collect NOS, I buy used and restore, I ride, I have bikes that just hang. I have periods where I buy a lot and some where I sell. Why? Don't know. Don't care. What matters is that I derive great pleasure from it all, it's a safe hobby, my wife and kids know where I am, what I'm doing and they frequently join me.
