As most of you may know, Ken Taylor (of Jack Taylor Cycles) will be at the 2010 Seattle Bike Expo. I have been asked to host two features on the program:
1. A classic framebuilder panel discussion with Ken Taylor, Bill Davidson and Glenn Erickson. We will talk about how to select a builder for your next custom bicycle, classic handcrafted bicycles in general and thoughts about the current resurgence of custom bicycles.
2. A slide show with Ken Taylor, where we'll talk about racing, touring and building bicycles in England in the 1940s and 1950s. Ken Taylor also has been a keen observer of what other builders made, so we'll discuss the features of classic bikes by Jack Taylor, Cinelli, Rene Herse and others.
