\r?\n> Time to reorganize my collection. I've had this bike for many years; time for someone else to enjoy her.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> This is a NOS, never ridden, ca. 1975 Peugeot PX-10LE. The LE was one step higher than the desirable but common Peugeot PX-10E that most are familiar with. The differences were a big improvement though:

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Mafac Competition brakes with bronze bushings and versus Mafac Racers with plastic bushings

\r?\n> Atax "Peugeot" stem versus the AVA death stem

\r?\n> Peugeot Trophy large flange hubs (Maillard Pro with Peugeot Sticker) versus Normandy Lux Competition

\r?\n> Tied spokes from the factory (only seen for about 1 year)

\r?\n> Simplex Competition parrallelogram front derailleur versus the pushrod type

\r?\n> Philippe Professional handle bar versus a plain AVA bar - note that the bar, stem brake levers and brake cables were all missing from the bike prior to my purchase so what is on the bike is a correct NOS stem and brake levers along with a highly polished used but flawless BF bar (similar shape as the Philippe Professional) wrapped with Tressostar cloth tape. A set of NOS Mafac white ribbed brake cable housing is also included in the sale.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Originally on display at Durango Cyclery, Durango Colorodo

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Specs:

\r?\n> Reynolds 531DB throughout

\r?\n> 58.5cm c-c seat tube

\r?\n> 58.0 c-c top tube

\r?\n> Stronglight 93 crankset, 52/45, 170mm arms, 9/16" threading

\r?\n> Simplex seatpost with metal badge

\r?\n> Simplex brake cable clamps

\r?\n> Brooks Pro saddle with '73' date stamp

\r?\n> Stronglight Competition headset

\r?\n> Atax "Peugeot" stem, 10cm long

\r?\n> Peugeot labeled pump

\r?\n> Balleri BF handle bars, 41mm c-c width

\r?\n> Mafac Competition brakes, early engraved version

\r?\n> Cyclo Competiton freewheel

\r?\n> Simplex Criterium rear derailleur

\r?\n> Simplex Competition front derailleur

\r?\n> Sedis chain

\r?\n> Peugeot Trophy (Maillard Professional) 36h large flange hubset

\r?\n> Super Champion rims

\r?\n> Nothing special old tires, Wolber NOS tires included in sale

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Other than the items mentioned above plus tires, this bike is as delivered from the factory including paint & decals. There is one small chip below the front head tube decal, some crazing of paint on the left side front fork crown top and just a few tiny chips near the seat post area. Chrome and decals are perfect.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Doubt there is a nicer one around.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> Price is $1500 firm plus actual shipping via Fedex insured. Paypal, check, cash all fine by me.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> She will be very well packaged.

\r?\n>

\r?\n> I am including a NOS set of Wolber tubular tires that are in good condition to replace the dry rotted tires currently mounted.
