Isla Rowntree in the UK - Islabikes. Somewhere in the Midlands and great Cyclo Cross riders.

I also remember seeing a Lady weilding a torch at the Newtown (Wales) factory of one of Ernie Clements ventures, British Eagle and Barry Hoban bikes I think, but don't know her name.
