The F. LLi looks like a nice Romani built frame to my eye. The head lug windows (with larger on the lower), seat stay top treatment, and stay to dropout treatment all look very much like my Romani built Piemme, from about the same period. I have to agree, that it is really a lovely frameset.
Also, I'm sure we are only allowed to offer items for sale ONCE, as has been discussed very recently by Dale, the CR list master. This Salvarani/Chiorda being offered again is not the first time you have posted frames more than once. When FS items posted by me and all (or most) other members are not sold the first time around, we find alternate routes to sell them. That is following the rules.

F LLi PORTA ROAD FRAME c1975/6
Seat Tube (ctc): 21.25in (54cm)
Top Tube (ctc): 21.5in (55cm)
Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: 700C
This is a rather nicely built and finished Italian road frame from a
maker that is new to me, F LLi Porta of Nichelino. What is not in doubt
is that this this is rather special especially as it has its original
decals and paint in very good condition. It must date from about 1975-77
period I think judging by the long Campy ends, top tube cable guides,
overbracket gear cable routing and lug and BB detailing. Altogether
really quite special. 195 GBP
