59cm c-c 1983 Peugeot PSV Frame and front derailleur only, no fork.

Made of the fantastically light Super Vitus 980 steel tubing, as described by Norris here:

Paint's fine. French thread, 26.4mm post, Simplex drop-outs with adjusters, 126 spacing.

Peugeot-specific FD braze-on, Simplex FD included.

I just want this to find a home other than the metal recycler down the street, so $20 plus actual shipping costs or local pick-up is fine too.
