print first class international labels for usps by downloading software at http://www.endicia.com The software is called Dazzle. I'm sure there is a free 30 day trial. I acutally use the software for printing all my labels. Endica has 3rd party insurance too.. much better than dealing with the post office.

Has anyone managed to get postage and customs forms done online for USPS First Class Mail International? Last time I shipped a classic bicycle part overseas I was in line at the Post Office for too long. It seems odd that the Postal Service would insist on a face-to-face transaction for mere First Class mail. It's like selling jewelry and watches as self-serve items, but bags of peanuts exclusively from behind the counter. Neither eBay nor PayPal nor USPS Click-n-Ship offer this option, but I saw somewhere that certain authorized postage providers can do it. Who might these providers be?
