Hi Mark

Pics of mine are up here: http://tinyurl.com/yzthmc6

Based on this thread and the serial, I think I have a 1976: http://www.bikeforums.net/archive/index.php/t-429693.html

Handbuilt by Miki in Osaka of Tange Champion #1 tubing (later ~1980, the 4000s went to #2). Apparently the 4000 is strikingly similar to Centurion Semi Pro framesets from that era - which, quite possibly, were also built at Miki. Here's a similar '76 Centurion Semi Pro (serial M6Hxxx) - dropouts on my Sekai are Shimano SF (Centurion uses Suntour) and the bottom brackets possibly seem different: http://james.architectureburger.com/cycle/centurion.html

And here's a blurry '75 catalog page that almost describes mine - though I'd call my lugs "long" rather than short point!: http://www.yellowjersey.org/SEKAI75.JPG
