[CR] Not a Dawes Mystery frame

Hi,

Just received my mystery frame from Hillary Stone.

Anyone care to guess what it is ? What are the holes in the drop outs for ?

braze ons for pump, mud guards and tail light ? The braze ons for the 'guards is a curious shape.

Angles are 74/72, seatpost 27.2 headclip fits a 22.2 stem.

Has C3717 or 03717 and 29 stamped on BB
