Jon,
I am not an expert on the Swiss made CONDOR marque, so I do not know if the CONDOR frames were made by MONDIA or ALLEGRO???
Agree that the work sure looks like MONDIA and/or ALLEGRO. Take a look at the ALLEGRO on Dale's CR site and you will see the striking similarities:

Hopefully Craig Griffith can shed some expert light on the Swiss CONDOR marque (Craig is the new owner of my Condor).

Kevin, Was this Swiss-made bike made for the English Condor company, or was there a Swiss company of the same name?My eyes tell me that you have a re-badged Mondia on your hands... Searches of the archives got me your post and a lot about Bill Hurlow building for Condor in England, but nothing on a connection. (I think I want one, in any case. Anyone seen one in a 52 CM CTT x 55 CM TT? :-) Jon Spanglerdrooling over those lugs and the fade paint job in Alameda, CA USA

Just posted photos of a fairly rare (at least in this country) early 1960s Swiss-made CONDOR city bike to Wool Jersey. Not your typical gas-pipe city bike, but built with Reynold 531 DB tubing and Nervex Pro lugs. Campagnolo Gran Sport derailleurs with "Open C" downtube shift levers. As with its other companion Swiss machines, it has the fancy fade paint with pinstriping/lining throughout.
Since the photos were taken, the fork mount light has now been correctly update with a period CIBIE dynamo headlamp.
I took this machine to last year's Cirques, and rode it during the initial rainy weather. Actually a very nice riding bike. Initially bought it with the intention to offer for sale, but decided to keep it in the collection for now. It's a nice bike to pull out and ride with casual riding friends.
If interested, you may view the photos at the following Wool Jersey site address:
