Steve is making great progress on my frame.  Now he is building the Hi-Lo flange Maxicar rear wheel to check clearance.  Pics are at the bottom of the page at

Nice to look at just to see the purty hubs.  I also see Steve puts all spokes in the hub before starting to lace.  Never would have thought of that.  Advantages, anyone?  I was tempted to try to build them myself, but Hi-Lo, Maxicar flanges, 40 spoke, 650b rim, hard to know where to start on these.

For those who asked for Video, sorry, Steve said something about not wanting all the bad words to make it onto the internet as he works, and his wife would worry he was going Hollywood on her.
