If you were to take the time to compare the individual part numbers with respect to the short and long cage versions of the Huret Jubilee rear derailleur as produced through the years, you should be able to confirm the fact that, indeed, the only real difference between the two models involves the pulley cage assembly itself (...assuming a common frame fitting interface, for which there were also distinct model designation differences).
