I should have mentioned this in the first letter. The seat tubes of the Jack Taylor tandem I have for sale are measured as follows: The front tube is 22.5" from the very top of the seat tube to the center of the eccentric, so buy turning the eccentric, it could be a 22, to a 23 in the front. The rear is exactly a 22" from the top of the seat tube to the center of the bb. The top tubes are, Front ctc 23" rear ctc 23.5" There is no toe clip over lap on the front wheel.
