At first glance I assumed cantis = Tourist. Fork would look fine with some fat touring tires and hammered Lefol fenders.

But I don't see any rack tabs at the rear. So maybe Cyclocross? If so, good mud clearance.

Elegant for any application for which cantis are appropriate. As it's set up; not so much.
