This is written on brown paper wrapping, the mudguards are steel black paint gold pinstripes. some shelf wear scratches. came from old bike shop in business from the 1930's I have two sets.NO BRACES partially each wrapped in paper with writing can can't tell if 26" or 27" or 28". seem like the would fit on 27" but maybe 26' ???
