If anyone is interested, I have a fourth edition Sutherland's Handbook for Bicycle Mechanics for sale for $75.00 mailed in the USA. This is the 1982 publication with specs for early components. It is in good condition: a few scuffs on the cover, pages are clean, and it's complete.
