Jon,

I have a database of all the production frames that were painted, yours does not appear in the database, plus it has an unusual serial number.

That usually meant it was assigned to a competitor, somewhat off the books.

I painted hundreds of these frames, I don't specifically remember yours, nor do I know anything further about its history.

The seat stays without the pendini (seat stay plug) mark it as a team 3V.
