That frame is fairly attractive, but what are cable guides doing on the underside of the bottom bracket shell of a Pista frame?
Somehow, that's not the sort of attention to detail I'd tend to expect in a "strongly limited collectors edition" framset. Not trying to be petty, it just doesn't make sense to me.
Lowering the center of gravity for better stability in crosswinds, perhaps.
