I think you have to restrict this to the CR time period, because I'm pretty certain that TODAY, stronglight is indeed rebranding sugino cranks and selling them as their own :

I think this is a standard Sugino XD-something crankset, I'm not exactly certain which model, however. Stronglight has been doing this for about 3-5 years, I've been watching it on XXCycle for that long at least.
