I think the lugs are not Nervex, more likely Oscar Egg or clones thereof, but I'm no expert.

That tubing decal is funny, "D'Acier" means "of steel", no? Google returned exactly one (useless) hit for "Nantiuse -- that's pretty rare, you either get zero hits or a million...

I think those fake chrome fork crown caps that go over the paint are an abomination. It's a nice looking crown other than that. I wonder if the paint under that cap looks good enough that you could just lose the cap? I'll understand if you prefer to keep it original. You usually have to take the headset crown race off to remove the cap, which may not be worth it unless you're already overhauling the headset.
