campy started producing undated 144 bcd cranks somewhere around 1970 or 1971...

but there's a good chance your frame was actually designed for one particular bcd; i've noticed on some older pista frames (from other marques, not specifically Pog) that the dimple in the driveside chainstay will fit the 151 bcd better than the modern 144. so grab a crankset and take a look...
