That can be a tricky part to find. I wish you luck, but if you can't find one or as an interim solution, you could use a small S hook, from the hardware store or bent out of a piece of spoke, to go between a cannibalized cheap indicator chain, and the existing rectangular hole in the part you have.

Note, if that S hook were the more open kind, like a standard hardware store item, you could unhook it without disturbing the adjustment, preserving the purpose of the quick-release. It has to be a stout enough hook not to straighten out under the maximum tension you can put on the cable. The one in the picture, made from a spoke, could also be a quick-release if the bottom tail, that goes through the rectangular hole, were just cut slightly shorter than the length of the rectangular hole.
