It could be either. Many post-war UK builders had their own designs and styles...Gillott, Ephgrave, Jack Taylor immediately come to mind. But many 'bought in' Reynolds own standard formats with extra length so that they could be cut to size to suit frame size.
I have some early Reynolds (and Accles & Pollack Kromo) literature that show some examples of shapes.
