Something I've wondered about re vintage Masi GCs (60's-70' Gran Criterium), are these bikes truely designed for criterium racing with high BB and twitchy steering as current criterium racing is defined or are these old Masi more of a stage racer or fast tourer according to today's definitions? We often hear that angles of yesteryear's racers are more akin to fast tourers of today...Masi GC incl? Thanks to all who reply for taking the time to educate the masses.
