I believe that in the mid 70s Japanese tubing was more or less widely used by Belgian framebuilders. I've owned a Main d'Or (mr. Kessels) in Ishiwata 022 Speed Gallant tubing (gotta love that name!), and Superia ('brother' and neighbor to Flandria) also used Japanese tubing. On the other hand, the colour of the Flandria in the auction definitely seems pink to me (or fuchsia maybe), and not the red that I would expect of a Flandria teambike. But I'm not an expert on Flandria.

And that fluted seatpost looks exactly the same as the one on my (Belgian, mid 70s) Georges Pintens ...
