Subject: [CR] steel cog cleaning

Have some Williams cogs. Couple have fair amount of rust, but fine otherwise.

Any thoughts to a quick way of cleaning them. Liquid type stuff to get in the nooks and crannys.

Searched archives and other, but am not finding much.
