Jon, It seems to me much later than a 70, perhaps even later than a late 70's. The braised shifter bosses, water bottle bosses, dropouts and even lugs are 80's. The lack of chrome and the fork crown do not look PX-10 - are you sure it is? It also seems like a respray, no?
