I think that, and the rear dropouts, nails this frame down as a late 70s model. Looking at the catalog page, it would seem that the PX10 is essentially the same as the PY10 except for a few minor points - i.e. it is less well finished and cheaper. I believe that the frame on sale is the PX version. At one time the PX versions had fender attaching eyes and the PYs didn't, but I do not know whether that applied when this frame was built (it has eyes).
