That H in the seatstay cap should help. Somebody on the list has probably seen that style of H. The H inside the heart on the fork crown looks like it was etched with a rusty knife. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL USA

Hello List members,

I recently received a frame with Rossin decals which appears to be something else.

I don't have a clue as to what it might be but it looks pretty well made.

Drop outs are not stamped Campagnolo, no clue as to the type / kind of tubing.

Threading is British.

More pictures can be found here.

The frame was picked up in Belgium if that's any help....

In all fairness it will probably end up on eBay one of these days.

Thanks in advance for any help.
