Hi Phil:

I just got to look at your frame set, it is very nice indeed, but it does not look like Hurlow to me... Obviously Bill could do any style he wanted to, but that style "fastback" seat stay treatment is unlike any by him that I have seen. But, who knows? Maybe other Cr folks are more knowledgeable about this...?

era correct equipment. I am trying to accurately identify the builder and/or
