That would be great. I would appreciate it if you could do that. You could put it out on the list for everyone who has asked for it and for the archives. There have been a few others who have mentioned some stock colors they thought were close: Imron 60659U; RAL 2004; PPG Global BC#61646. (I'd have to ask a paint supplier what the last two are.)

I have a Colnago frame that has been re-painted once at least but I found a little orange paint inside the steerer tube that looks ancient enough to be original but the frame is early, about 71, before Colnago put out Molteni replicas. I think they sold Molteni colored bikes with Colnago decals before that - I've seen photos of some. I don't know when those might have started. The team bikes were certainly orange in 1971, not that I have any reason to think this is a team frame.

I also have a 1970 Colnago pista that I want to re-paint - another reason I'd like to find out when the team went from blue to orange. Haven't found that yet anywhere on line.
