pick "view image" which opens a separate page and then save the .jpg
image file.
As others have said on the internet, "if you can see it, you can grab it", sometimes doing it gets a little convoluted and requires guessing the trickery involved.
As Dale points out if all else fails you can always capture the image on the monitor.
Even watermarks can be edited out if you take the time, so really the only thing guarding one's pictures are Copyright.
While I don't particularly like the legislation, owners of works in the USA can request a takedown using the Digital Millenium Copyright Act(DMCA). I believe this will work with places like eBay and most hosting sites, they dislike the potential of legal problems. I imagine sample notices for doing this can be found on the internet.
