I am the previous owner of this bike and the person responsible for the restoration. The fenders, bottle cages, and toe clips have been added since I sold it about this time last year, but they're not included in the auction so that is moot.
I added the rear derailleur, relaced the hubs to Birmalux alloy rims (originally were similar Weinmann's), and polished it all up. The rest of the parts came with the bike as I received it.
The seller doesn't mention it but the serial number is 345857, which makes it a '71 from what I understand. More pictures from when I had it:
