Bob,
Indeed, they are/were one and the same (...excepting that none of that information is posted to WoolJersey anymore)....
The "Reader's Digest" version of what happened is that when WoolJersey experienced its infamous hard drive failure back in mid June of last year that took it offline for several months, I was privy very early onto the fact that it was going to take Morgan quite some time and effort to restore things to normal and that the ultimate outcome itself was somewhat speculative. Therefore, I decided to register my own domain name as Velo-Pages, load up a copy of the Gallery software that Morgan had been using on WoolJersey, and then populate the new website with all that had previously been available on WoolJersey plus additional information I had easily at hand. Once WoolJersey came back up online in September, I left the "old" information there intact without benefit of those updates I had already loaded into Velo-Pages. After a six month period of time, in March of this year I removed all of the catalog and brochure images that had previously resided on WoolJersey on the premis e that Velo-Pages had effectively become a replacement for said specific information (...I did post notice to the CR List of the initial availability of Velo-Pages on July 18th of 2009 and thereafter sent along individual correspondence to quite a number of other sites that had previously featured links to that WoolJersey information, apprising everyone of the new resource).
As for Velo-Pages itself, I continue to add more informational images on a "time allows" basis knowing full well that even if I had the wherewithal to work on this project full time, there is so much information still sitting in my filing cabinets yet to be digitized that it would take me YEARS to complete it all (...we are talking literally thousands of catalogs, brochures, magazines, etc. that have yet to be processed).
Which brings me to this solicitation....
If there is anyone out there on the CR List who has nothing better to do than digitize documents in their copious spare time and who would like to lend their efforts to the cause, I invite you to contact me directly and "OFF LIST". Perhaps if we could get ten or so such individuals (...yes, I am ever the optimist) who would be willing to help out in this regard, I could package up multiple small bundles of catalogs for their attentions (...to be returned upon completion, of course) and collectively we might be able to scan quite a number of pieces of literature so that the results may thereafter be posted to Velo-Pages for the benefit of the greater vintage cycling community. Lest anyone have any misconceptions about such an undertaking, please understand that I am NOT contemplating "hired help" here to the extent that I am not offering to pay wages or compensation for your efforts other than to point out that you will enjoy the immense personal satisfaction of knowing that you have done a "good deed" with respect to your fellow vintage cyclists and that "good bike karma" will no doubt accrue accordingly. Also, I will gladly provide my most heartfelt personal thanks as well as an assurance of attribution on Velo-Pages in recognition of any such efforts.

I don't know if this is the same as wool jersey gallery or not - it looks just like it, but I just discovered this collection of catalogs, bike reviews, and other interesting printed matter. Click on each one to open up a whole bunch.

Maybe it's one of those things everyone knew about but me, but there it is. Enjoy.

reminds me of this joke:
Two Octogenarians were resting in the middle of their walk. One said to the other "I don't know how you stay so healthy and strong. I'm bushed". The other said "Rye bread. Makes you strong and gives you stamina with the ladies too".
So the fellow stops by the bakery and says "I'd like a dozen loaves of Rye Bread"
The lady behind the counter says "Oh my, it'll get hard before you've eaten half of them!"
The guy says "Christ, does everone know about this stuff but me?"
