Looked again. Yes, there is a small stop plate, I was wrong.
But the hole or slit is slightly wider than that of a brake cable about about 5mm tall. Still no provisions for a cable stop. Wondering if I should drill a slightly larger hole and use a step down ferrule as the stop.
Thoughts?
