A friend of mine has this old french frame, reynolds 531, simplex dropout. It had full dura ace 1st generation group (1973), except a suntour rear derailleur. Nothing is written down under the bottom bracket. Any idea of the maker ?

Another point : the fork's steering column is twisted. A french professional (lebatard) can replace it for around 60\u20ac. Do you think it worth it or should I just get a 20 or 30\u20ac new chrome fork?
