Does a finely detailed, hand-crafted, all-steel 4130 cro-moly 1985 Schwinn Traveler -- with lugs, no less -- count as KOF?

And please, no comments about shaving off the RD hanger, and the top tube and bottom bracket cable braze-ons -- it was all done in the interest of saving precious grams (i think i got this frame down to about to a featherweight 13 lbs or so). But i did keep the chain-stay bridge in place, in case I wanted to re-install the kick stand!

These decals were used on Schwinns only in 1984 and 1985, so I was pleased to have found an original set. alas, not for the Traveler specifically - but the same decal design was used on about 12 different models.
