CR Folk:
Birth of a new framebuilder, that is.
David Clementson's better half materialized astride a wine-red steed built by her hubby. The new bundle of joy came complete with classy "Clementson" decals.
There was also Peter Johnson on his recently acquired Masi special, Guy Apple on a Della Santa, Dave Martinez on a beautiful blue Frejus and myself on a Colnago Super pantagra(ph)(f)ata/stigmata that I bought 2 years ago but only assembled a month ago.
The Masi has one of those Campy front derailleurs that actually uses cable housing, and also has one of those substantial-looking hex-bolts at the seat-binder that I wish I had one of.
My Colnago looks to be a '72 but the decals look odd, still trying to decide if they're original or not, and the frame has white infill paint on the lugs but yellow infill paint on the fork crown.
Cripes, I just realized I forgot to ask what model of Clementson it is, could it be a Clementson Pro, or a Clementson Speciale Corsa, or a Clementson Gran Turismo perhaps?
I put some pix at the link below (hope it doesn't break):
