There have apparently been a few quick release seat binders made by Campy. I have now seen pictures of the binder and integrated collar, which I hadn't been aware of. There were the later mountain bike binders too (and I have a couple of those). There is also the 8mm binder bolt with the knurled nut.

It seems that Campy catalog 16 lists a qr, which I believe is the one I am looking for. It will look like the hub qr, with the curved cam and the conical nut. I believe the part number is 1240.
