Ahoy! Bocama Competition lugs have the ugly almost-triangular cutouts, as depicted in this photo :

Ceeway (www.framebuilding.com) was selling them online up until about 2 years ago. I have an archival version of the http://www.framebuilding.com catalog that identifies the lugs above as bocama competition lugs. If your bike really has Bocama competition lugs, then maybe someone in the UK has some spare sets, you might try asking on the framebuilders mailing list, because ceeway just cleared out their stock, Good luck !!

P.S. I agree with Mark Bulgier that Richards Sachs might have an error in his photos on the bike lugs gallery, it seems that Richard's long-points with the flower-shaped cutouts are not Bocama Competition but maybe something else like Prugnat S4 or Haden Concorde or something.
