The vertical rear drop-outs seem to be much too recent for the advertised age of the frame. Later replacements when it was refinished? Which begs the question "Why was it refinished"?

Peter, thanks for the update. I am not interested in this frame, but are the details consistant with Condor? Why would they use Shimano rear drop outs? The couple of frames I have looked at over the last couple of years have always impressed me, so they are on my someday list. Trying to learn all I can.
