Subject: [CR] Omas and Similar Bottom Bracket Bearing replacement

I'm looking for some tips or a quick tutorial on how to correctly press sealed bearings onto bottom brackets like the Omas Big sliding and Stronglight Ti (which I think may be the same). At any rate, I have an omas big sliding ti that needs new bearings, which I have. Just want to know the proper way to seat them on the spindle.
