Good thing that's not a Mixte or a "Ladies" frame or I'd be out a big pile of cash. I own the Taylor Super Tourist with the next serial #, 8322, also 21.5". If it would fit the Missus, (or if it were a Tour of Britain) I wouldn't be able to pass up owning consecutively numbered Taylors. Mine had been gently used but the racks had never been installed.
That one was definitely built to order with the low riders, chainstay pump pins and custom chainstay bridge which may be for a "behind the BB" generator. Mine has a bottle generator mount on the left stay. Otherwise they look identical except for the paint and mine has the old style transfers. Oddly mine doesn't have the 50th Anniversary transfer.
