Mark, Have him take and send some pics. Where could there be a clover "where rear wheel fits"?. Is he referring to the brake bridge? If the logo is at the seat stay tops, it sounds like a much later frame than 1960s. I've seen a couple of Italian frames labeled Guarini that had a 4-leaf clover logo cut in. Pics tell all...
