I'm sure it is not an Olympia. The fork crown, lugs & stay ends don't look like any Olympia I've ever seen. The frame looks 1960s or earlier, but the rear drop-outs are definitely mid 1970s or later, as another lister observed. Odd that the lug points on top look filed, while the bottoms of the lugs seem so thick. Reminds me of Russian frames for some reason, although the seat lug/seat stay cluster is kind of Frejus-y.
